Founded in 2006 by Julian Blackmore with the assistance of Pauline Hoadley,
Bournes Estate Agents is independently owned and offer the very highest personal
service combined with sensible fees. The Bournes companies pride themselves on the use of cutting edge technology.

Director Profile: Julian Blackmore
The founder of The Bournes companies, Julian has gained a vast amount of business experience during his career.
Having initially studied Management Accounting (CIMA), Economics and Law, he rose quickly through the ranks to be one of his
employer’s youngest ever managers but entrepreneurialism was always in his blood.
Diversifying into business consulting in the mobile and web
software architecture arena, he developed the ideal skill combination to create a successful business in a modern environment.
Managing his own private property investments from the mid 1990's, way before the Buy-To-Let phenomenon was born he diversified to property. He has
invaluable property market, investment and planning knowledge.
Director Profile: Pauline Hoadley
Pauline has been with Bournes since the start and brought with her years of administration experience within the property sector.
An expert in the administration procedures with Lettings, Pauline is also ARLA Qualified.
Currently she is the primary contact for office related matters and managing the day-to-day aspects of the letting side of the business.

around our working knowledge of the estate agency business. It mirrors our procedures and combines ease of use with regulatory requirements.
